Maridaje de Adolfo para el Despertar de los sentidos de Bodegas Aruspide
El pasado jueves 21 en la tarde se celebró un evento de presentación de 4 vinos de Bodegas Arúspide. Adolfo se encargó de que todos recibiéramos una especial cata comentadas de esos caldos de tierras de Valdepeñas junto con 4 de sus exquisitas tapas.
Adolfo interpretó una correcta unión de Vino + Tapas y la representó en los siguientes maridajes:
AGORA MACERACION BARRICA & Cornete de queso y lágrima de moscatel
AGORA NOVO & Tartare de atún y mango y pimienta blanca, jugo de aceituna y soja.
ARDALES (ECOLOGICO) & Saquito de morcilla, manzana e higo.
ARÚSPIDES AUTOR & Lomito de cordero bañada con puré de patata asada.

Al acto titulado ‘El despertar de los sentido’, presentado por la directora de marketing Nathalie Chatillon resultó fantástico, lleno a rebosar de todo tipo de personalidades de la localidad y de la región.

El primer de los sentidos que despertaron fue el odio, con una bienvenida de un grupo muy marchoso de Percusión Brasileña, que puso el ritmo durante toda la velada. También nos hicieron abrir los ojos con un espectáculo circense a cargo del Grupo Circo Culipardo, muy vistosa, elegante y espectacular. Después se procedió a maridar en directo cuatro fantásticos vinos con cuatro exquisitas tapas preparadas por Adolfo con lo que de golpe se llenaron los 3 sentidos que nos quedaban; tacto, aroma y olfato.
Todo todo todo muy rico, damos fe. De los vinos nos quedamos con Autor.
Después hubo más baile y vino para todos. Una gran noche.
