Adolfo Muñoz ha recibido el premio Hot Concepts Senior España 2008

Ayer en el ambito de Foodservice, se realizó la quinta edición de los Premios Hot Concept España.
Estos constituyen una iniciativa que reconoce a aquellas empresas de restauración que se han destacado por la innovación y han sabido destacar con las exigencias de su público.
Uno de los homenajeados ha sido Adolfo Muñoz con el Hot Concepts Senior, que reconoce la trayectoria profesional del hostelero toledano (con sus Rtes. Adolfo, Adolfo Colección, Belvis, La Perdiz y Viñedos Cigarral Santa MarÃa) y su capacidad para adecuar su negocio al cambio de tendencias.
El jurado se ha formado por profesionales del sector, con la presidencia de Mª Carmen Moreno ( Directora de Marketing del Grupo Mallorca).
Además en el mismo encuentro se entregaron las siguientes categorÃas:
. Fine Dining ( para restaurantes de más de 40 años) a el grupo Goizeko Gaztelupe.
. Casual Dining, al grupo Andilana Gehos ( con restaurantes como La Mamasita, quinze Nits, La finca de Susana etc.
. Servicio RÃ pido ( QSR) a la cadena Rodilla.
. Concepto novedoso y de Éxito se ha elegido a Silk&Soya.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
