Restaurante Adolfo recibe el premio en la Modalidad Cocina Moderna en la XII Noche del Turismo de Castilla-La Mancha
El 26 de Septiembre del 2008, Adolfo Muñoz ha recibido de la Consejería de Turismo y Artesanía el primer premio de gastronomía aplicada a la restauración den Castilla la Mancha, en la modalidad de cocina moderna, creativa e innovadora.
Durante la gala se entregaron los Premios Regionales de Turismo y la Medalla y Placa al Mérito Turístico de la región, así como los galardones correspondientes al III Concurso de Gastronomía Aplicada a la Restauración en Castilla-La Mancha y al XV concurso periodístico “Don Quijote”.
El acto tuvo lugar en el Museo del Vino de Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real) presidido por el José María Barreda, quien entregó 18 premios a 21 premiados en las distintas modalidades.
Los premios de Gastronomía Aplicada a la Restauración en Castilla-La Mancha han sido otorgados al Restaurante Beltrán, de Torrijos (Toledo) y Asador Pocholo, de Torija (Guadalajara) en la modalidad de Cocina Tradicional; al Restaurante Adolfo, de Toledo, y al Restaurante Raff, de Cuenca, en la modalidad de Cocina Moderna Creativa e Innovadora.
Se concedió la Medalla al Mérito Turístico de Castilla-La Mancha a Enrique Salamanca Tordera, en reconocimiento a su gran labor al frente de la Asociación de Hostelería y Turismo de Toledo y su esfuerzo en mantener y preservar una tradición familiar dedicada a la hostelería en la región.
La Placa al Mérito Turístico de la región será para la Asociación de Enoturismo de Castilla-La Mancha que, integrada por 30 bodegas.
Los Premios Regionales de Turismo de este año se han otorgado a la empresa “Rustiaventura”, en la modalidad de Mejor Iniciativa de Aplicación de las Nuevas Tecnologías al Sector Turístico; Casas Rurales “Las Salegas del Maguillo”, de Villaverde del Guadalimar (Albacete) a la Mejor Iniciativa para la Calidad y Excelencia Turística; y al Hotel “Finca Canturias”, de Belvís de la Jara (Toledo) a la Mejor Iniciativa de Promoción y Comercialización Turística.
Asimismo, al Restaurante Emilio, de Hellín (Albacete), en la modalidad de Carta de Vinos. Además, se han concedido sendas menciones honoríficas al restaurante “Mesón Octavio”, de Ciudad Real y al restaurante “El Rincón de la Almazara”, de Marjaliza (Toledo).
Tres menciones honoríficas: a “La Casa de los Fúcares”, de Almadén (Ciudad Real) y al Hotel-Spa “Molino de Alcuneza”, de Alcuneza, pedanía de Sigüenza (Guadalajara) en la categoría de Calidad y Excelencia Turística, y al Ayuntamiento de Cañete (Cuenca) en la categoría de Promoción y Comercialización Turística por su “Alvarada Medieval”.
Los ganadores de los XV premios periodísticos “Don Quijote” de Promoción del Turismo en Castilla-La Mancha son: en prensa, José Antonio Calvo Montero, de la revista “Turismo Rural” por un reportaje sobre la Sierra de San Vicente; en radio, Manuel Martín Quereda, de Punto Radio Madrid, por el reportaje “Toledo, la sinfonía de la historia”; y en televisión, María Ángeles Martínez, de La Tribuna TV, por un conjunto de reportajes titulado “Proyectos próxima parada: Argés, Noez, Chueca, Orgaz”.
También se entregó una mención honorífica a Televisión de Castilla-La Mancha por la serie “Un lugar para la aventura”.
La primera Noche del Turismo se celebró en 1997, hace 11 años, en el Parador de Turismo de Cuenca. Durante estas 12 ediciones se ha celebrado en todas las provincias siendo ésta la cuarta vez que se celebra en Ciudad Real.
