Adolfo Muñoz imparte un curso de alimentación saludable para niños de infantil en los Viñedos Cigarral Santa MarÃa
Hoy 27 de Octubre en Viñedos Ciqarral Santa MarÃa, Adolfo Muñoz y su Hijo Adolfo, impartieron clases de alimentación saludable a 150 niños de edades comprendidas entre 3 y 4 años.
La filosofÃa de Adolfo Muñoz es siempre ofrecer una cocina saludable y para ello es importante que estemos informados de cuales son las reglas básicas para tener una alimentación saludable desde que somos niños.
En la charla magistral de hoy, se les ha enseñado a desayunar, los principios de una buen desayuno son con fruta, pan, chocolate, aceite…
Mediante juegos y enseñándoles los propios productos y que los pudieran manejar, se les ha mostrado cual serÃa un desayuno saludable.
Tanto Adolfo Muñoz, como su hijo, además han aprovechado a mostrarles la naturaleza en el propio Cigarral Santa MarÃa, observando árboles frutales, viñedos, olivos, para que vieran el propio fruto de la aceituna y uva , además de hierbas aromáticas como lavanda, tomillo, laurel perejil…
Además de la clase que se ha impartido hoy, Adolfo Muñoz junto con su hijo Adolfo, a través de Eurotoques y Aesan están impartiendo una clase magistral de cocina saludable en el Colegio Infantes, a niños de Primaria. El 6 de Noviembre tendremos el dÃa del gusto, donde se procederá en el mismo colegio a ofrecer una clase magistral a más de 600 niños.
