Adolfo Muñoz participa en el II salón Millésime
Salón Millésime se celebrará en Madrid los dÃas 28, 29 y 30 de Octubre de 2008.
Tras el éxito de su primer Salón Millésime, el Club ha organizado un nuevo salón que pretende convertirse de nuevo en la cita social más exclusiva: Millésime Madrid. Durante tres dÃas se unirán la alta gastronomÃa y la estética con una puesta en escena espectacular, gracias a grandes maestros de cocina, los mejores jefes de sala y sumilleres del paÃs y un equipo de reputados diseñadores.
Como en la edición anterior, cuentan con la colaboración de algunos de los más prestigiosos chef españoles como Adolfo Muñoz, que ofrecerán un sugerente menú a los 600 invitados diarios.
Para realizar este pequeño milagro de dar de comer a 600 personas como si estuviéramos en un gran restaurante de 50 comensales, los chef se dividen en 3 equipos de trabajo, que cada dÃa ofrecen su menú en un comedor diferente.
Los 3 equipos de cocina, están compuestos cada uno por 4 cocineros y coordinados por Paco Roncero, Alberto Chicote y JoaquÃn Felipe. Adolfo Muñoz es uno de los participantes en el equipo de Alberto Chicote.

Han mantenido el formato del anterior, reforzando aquellos aspectos que sorprendieron más. Han mantenido los tres momentos-espacios del evento. Como siempre en el millésime madrid, no sólo ha estado presente el arte del buen comer, sino también otros artes como pintura, escultura y música, en diferentes ambientes diseñados por los mejores decoradores.
El encuentro se ha realizado en el Pabellón de la Pipa ( Recinto Ferial Casa del Campo) en Madrid.
