ADOLFO COLECCION PRIMER PREMIO DE LAS IX JORNADAS DE LA TAPA CON SU SOPITA DE ATUN ROJO
La novena edición de las Jornadas de la Tapa en Toledo, organizadas por la Asociación de HostelerÃa y Turismo de esta capital ha finalizado, en total se han podido degustar 28 tapas y el cliente ha podido elegir a través de SMS o bien por medio de la página web de la asociación cual de ellas ha sido merecedora de su voto.
El jurado, compuesto por tres representantes del mundo de la gastronomÃa, se reunió ayer en la sede de la Escuela Superior de HostelerÃa y GastronomÃa de Toledo, para degustar las 28 tapas que se presentaban al concurso. Los criterios que siguió el jurado a la hora de valorar las tapas fueron los de originalidad, presentación, sabor y calidad-precio. Al acto de entrega de premios acudieron, entre otras personalidades, el delegado provincial de Cultura, Turismo y ArtesanÃa, Jesús Nicolás Ruiz.
Los resultados han sido los siguientes:
- Primer premio: “Sopita de atún rojo”, de Adolfo Colección .
- Segundo premio:”Manitas de cerdo rellenas y toffe de ajo”, de El Tentempié.
- Tercer premio: “Milhoja de papas, morcilla y hojandre”, de La Taberna del Moro.
- Mejor Tapa con Chispa: “Ciervo es escabeche, reineta y cebolla caramelizada con Coca-Cola”, de La Tabernita 10.
- Mejor Tapa Popular: “Canelón de toro y berenjena con reducción de jugo de carene con helado de Torta del Casar y crujiente de patata”, de CervecerÃa Gambrinus.
