El cocinero toledano Adolfo Muñoz será Jurado en la final del II Concurso de cocina Anzuelo de Oro 2009
El próximo 21 de octubre en la Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de Madrid
- Los cocineros Adolfo Muñoz, Koldo Royo y Mario Sandoval y el vicepresidente de la Real Academia de Gastronomía Española, Carlos Falcó, encabezarán el jurado de esta nueva edición que premiará la mejor receta en las categorías de pescado blanco, azul y marisco.
- El certamen forma parte de la “Campaña de promoción del consumo de pescados y mariscos” organizada por ANMAPE y CEPESCA, en colaboración con el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Medio Rural y Marino, a través del FROM.
Madrid, 19 de octubre de 2009.- La Asociación Nacional de Mayoristas de Pescados de Mercas, ANMAPE, y la Confederación Española de Pesca, CEPESCA, presentan la final del II Concurso “Anzuelo de Oro” que tendrá lugar el próximo día 21 de octubre en la Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de Madrid (Avda. Puerta del Ángel, s/n) y contará con la presencia de la secretaria general del FROM, Isabel Hernández Encinas, entre otros representantes políticos y miembros del sector pesquero y gastronómico.
Tras el éxito de la primera edición, este año el concurso premiará nuevamente la mejor receta, a nivel nacional, de pescado como base principal del plato en las especialidades de marisco, pescado blanco y pescado azul. La participación se ha llevado a cabo a través de la página web www.anzuelodeoro.com , creando así una red social del sector gastronómico participativa y de gran interés para profesionales y consumidores.
En la final los 9 participantes seleccionados cocinarán in situ sus recetas y el jurado elegirá a los tres ganadores. Éste estará formado nuevamente por el cocinero toledano Adolfo Muñoz, que el año pasado acogió en su Escuela la primera edición del concurso, junto con Carlos Falcó (Marqués de Griñón), vicepresidente de la Real Academia Española de Gastronomía (presidente del jurado), los cocineros Koldo Royo, Mario Sandoval, el director de la Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de Madrid, Antonio Morales, la secretaria general adjunta de CEPESCA, Rocío Béjar, y el representante de la Junta Directiva de ANMAPE, Benjamín Crespo.
El concurso forma parte de la “Campaña de Promoción de Consumo de Pescado y Marisco 2009” que ambas organizaciones están llevando a cabo con el objetivo de promocionar el consumo de los productos pesqueros y el conocimiento de sus propiedades saludables, además de la adaptación de sus servicios a nuevos segmentos de clientes cada vez más importantes como la restauración.
