ADOLFO MUÑOZ INVITADO AL I CONGRESO DE GASTRONOMIA DE CASTILLA-LA MANCHA
Adolfo Muñoz ha sido invitado a impartir una ponencia sobre cocina saludable en el I Congreso de gastronomía de Castilla- La Mancha, celebrado en Albacete los días 27-29 de Octubre.
La ponencia versó sobre cocina saludable y en ella Adolfo expuso dos platos. El primero fue un arroz con azafrán y queso manchego, un plato que sirve de base para explicar las bondades del azafrán, para exponer el mal uso de los refritos en la cocina y hacer ver que un plato saludable puede ser rico en sabores, aromas y matices.
El segundo plato, fue una tórtola, con el que afianzó su devoción por la caza y por las aves, enseñando a los presentes los puntos de cocción perfectos y la combinación con hierbas aromáticas.
Adolfo también estuvo presente en la mesa redonda Grandes Pagos de España, donde se habló de las nuevas denominación de origen vitícolas en Castilla-La Mancha y se reparó en el auge del vino y en especial de la singularidad de los Pagos.
Asistió también a la ponencia de Carlos Falcó, presidente de la Academia de Gastronomía de Castilla-La Mancha, persona muy querida y apreciada por la familia de Adolfo.

This post appears to get a good ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It gives a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something real or substantial to say is the most important thing.

Surprisingly! It is like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, just like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the content home a bit, but other than that, this is good blog. A outstanding read. I will certainly be back.

A helpful post, I just given this onto a university student who was doing a little research on that. And he in fact purchased me dinner because I found it for him.. smile.
