ADOLFO MUÑOZ PARTICIPE EN LA ENTREGA DE PREMIOS DEL II CONCURSO NACIONAL DE COCINA ANZUELO DE ORO
Salamanca, 5 de noviembre de 2009.- La Escuela de Hostelería de Salamanca “Fonda Veracruz” ha acogido la entrega del premio a la mejor receta de Marisco del II Concurso nacional de cocina “Anzuelo de Oro”, organizado por la Asociación Nacional de Mayoristas de Pescados de Mercas, ANMAPE, y la Confederación Española de Pesca, CEPESCA, en colaboración con el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Medio Rural y Marino, a través del Fondo de Regulación y Organización del Mercado de Productos de la Pesca y Cultivos Marinos (FROM), y el Fondo Europeo de la Pesca.
El delegado de Comercio, Francisco Albarrán Losada, ha entregado el galardón al ganador, Íñigo Almenara, Jefe de cocina del restaurante Monkey Bar&Grill de Tenerife, y ha destacado la importancia de celebrar el acto de entrega del premio en Salamanca colaborando así a dar a conocer la labor del sector pesquero de la que, ha asegurado, “no somos conscientes del trabajo que existe antes de llevar el producto final a nuestras mesas”.
Adolfo Muñoz, que ha formado parte del concurso desde su nacimiento hace dos años, ha ensalzado el “alto nivel de los finalistas” y ha remarcado la “confianza que tiene para el sector hostelero venir a comprar a los Mercas”. Asimismo, ha asegurado que “la cultura gastronómica es muy importante y el producto del mar es también cultura, al igual que lo es el pescador “ en una actividad que es de gran importancia en nuestro país.
Durante el evento el chef ganador ha cocinado en directo la receta seleccionada “Sashimi templado de langosta con gelatina de guisantes y wasabi, arroz con jengibre”, que han podido degustar asistentes y medios de comunicación. Íñigo Almenara ha recogido la placa e insignia acreditativa y ha agradecido la oportunidad que el concurso brinda a los cocineros para dar a conocer sus recetas en una modalidad (pescado y marisco) que tienen amplias posibilidades.
El II Concurso Anzuelo de Oro forma parte de la “Campaña de Promoción de Consumo de Pescado y Marisco 2009” que ambas organizaciones están llevando a cabo con el objetivo de promocionar el consumo de los productos pesqueros y el conocimiento de sus propiedades saludables, además de la adaptación de sus servicios a nuevos segmentos de clientes cada vez más importantes como la restauración.

I’m impressed, I have to say. Very rarely do I discovered a blog that is both educational and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Your thoughts is outstanding; the matter is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy that I stumbled across this in my search for something relating to it.

A great post, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing a little analysis on that. And he in fact purchased me lunch because I discovered it for him….
. So let me reword that: Thankx for the treat! But yeah Thnkx for taking the time to talk about this, I feel strongly about it and enjoy reading more on this topic. Amazing! It is like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, just like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pictures to drive the content home a bit, besides that, this is helpful blog. A wonderful read. I’ll certainly revisit again.
