ADOLFO MUÑOZ COLABORA CON LA COMPAÑIA AREA SBA CON SUS MENUS SALUDABLES
Adolfo Muñoz ha colaborado con la compañÃa aérea Venezolana Santa Bárbara Airlines con la   preparación de unos menús saludables para el disfrute de sus pasajeros.
El compromiso de esta compañÃa es mantener la calidad del servicio a bordo que siempre le ha distinguido, para ello han pedido la recomendación de Adolfo Muñoz para la elaboración de unos menús que sean, saludables, bajos en calorÃas, ricos en fibra, eliminando excesos de grasa y sal, además de facilitar la digestión y haciendo el viaje más confortable.
El nuevo menú elaborado por Adolfo Muñoz se ha estrenado en las rutas de Madrid-Caracas y         Tenerife-Caracas, pero posteriormente se incluirá en el resto de las rutas.
Los menús ofrecen diferentes opciones en los desayunos, almuerzos y cenas.
LA REVISTA RESTAURADORES PRESENTÓ LA NUEVA EDICIÓN DE SU ANUARIO DE ALTA GASTRONOMIA
Ayer 29 de Marzo,  se presentó en el Viñedos Cigarral Santa MarÃa de Toledo, la 18 edición del anuario especial de gastronomÃa, perteneciente a 2010, que publica la revista Restauradores. En ella se seleccionan los mejores restaurantes españoles en un recorrido por toda España que recoge más de 700 restaurantes, seleccionados entre los considerados de mayor calidad de España.
En sus páginas  ofrece información puntual de cada uno de los establecimientos, como dirección, nombre de los propietarios, jefes de cocina, jefes de sala y sumilleres, platos recomendados y comentario descriptivo de tipo de cocina y de local.
Al acto participaron, además del presidente nacional de Asaja, Pedro Barato, la editora de la revista, Amparo Humanes, junto a la directora, Sonia frutos, además de Adolfo Muñoz.
