El miércoles 12 de Mayo del 2010, Adolfo Muñoz ha recibido el II premio España Original al reconocimiento de la profesionalidad en la Cocina y Sala: Trofeo Juan Luna, otorgado por la Asociación Nacional de Maîtres d´hotel y camareros Españoles.
El acto ha tenido lugar en el seno de la Feria España Original el día 12 de mayo a las 11: 00 horas en el Área gastronómico.
Adolfo Muñoz ha sido invitado a participar como moderador en la mesa redonda ¨Nutrición y Cocina¨ feria, en la mesa además también han participado Marta García Díaz, Presidenta del Colegio Oficial de Dietistas-Nutricionistas de Castilla La Mancha, Luis Rodríguez Padial, jefe del Servicio de Cardiología del Complejo Hospitalario de Toledo y Javier Muñoz sumiller del restaurante Adolfo.
