ULTIMA CLASE DE ADOLFO MUÑOZ EN COLABORACION JUNTO CON EL AYUNTAMIENTO PARA UNA EDUCACION DE GASTRONOMÍA SALUDABLE
Hoy Adolfo Muñoz ha realizado la última clase de gastronomía saludable a los niños del colegio C.C Virgen del Carmen. Han sido 5 colegios a los que se han impartido talleres de alimentación saludable y buenos hábitos, con una impresión muy positiva en los cuales los niños han colaborado con Adolfo Muñoz y han aprendido de forma divertida hábitos de alimentación saludable y estimular la práctica de actividad física
Los colegios que han participados, con edades comprendidas entre los 3 años y los 10 años son:
- C.E.I.P Garcilaso de la Vega
- C.C Virgen del Carmen
- C.E.I.P Jaime de Foxá
- C.E.I.P Escultor Alberto Sánchez
- C.C Ntr. Sra. Infantes.
Esperamos que este pequeño grano de arena que ha aportado Adolfo Muñoz sea el principio de una buena base para que nuestros hijos y nuestro futuro aprendan a sensibilizarse de la importancia de este campo y de esta forma estamos previniendo además la obesidad y otras enfermedades.
Además se les ha dado varios consejos para seguir para una vida saludable: Comer sano, desayunar, vivir activos, hacer deporte, beber agua, comer de cuchara, comer frutas (3 al menos al día, verduras (de todas las clases), pescado, reducir las grasas y comer con menos sal.
